About

Hi Mama, I’m Kacey.

Mom of three, clean living advocate, and the kind of person who reads the back of every label in the store (even when my kids are melting down in the cart).

I didn’t grow up this way. Nobody taught me about parabens or flame retardants or what “fragrance” actually means on an ingredient list. I learned by doing.

By panicking a little, honestly. By reading too many articles at 2 am while pregnant, and feeling like I was already failing before the baby even got here.

That fear? I remember it.

The one where you realize you’ve been using something every day that you probably shouldn’t. The one where you wonder if it’s too late. The one where the “clean living” internet makes you feel like you need a completely different house, wardrobe, and bank account to do this right.

It’s not too late. And you don’t need all of that.

What Happen In The Nest?

Small swaps matter. Science matters. Panic doesn’t help anyone, especially not you, especially not at 3am.

I created Toxin Free Nest because I wanted a place that treats this topic the way I’d talk about it with a friend. Not a lecture. Not a fear-based sales pitch. Just: here’s what I know, here’s what I changed, here’s what you might want to look at too.

I live in the mountains on a small homestead with my husband, our three kids, and way too many glass jars of things. I also run Organic Skin Club, where I write about clean beauty and skin health from the inside out.
